In February, I fell in love. Absolutely besotted, head-over-heals love.
With a house.
With a house that takes my breath away because it is nestled on the most yummy property I’ve ever seen in my life. A property with trees that surround it. And a stable for horses. And a huge pond with tons of ducks and geese. And a pool that I can swim laps in. omg…
And I cannot walk away from the possibility of being its guardian and spiritual partner.
Never before in my life have I wanted something like I want to be (i.e., LIVE) in this beautiful space. At nights sometimes, I “sneak out” and drive over to just sit outside the property. (Yeah, I know how creepy that sounds. But nobody lives there, so I’m not stalking. I promise.)
When I go over to the house I pray and connect with the house & property’s diva. We have wonderful conversations, and sometimes the house sends me messages in song (which is pretty cool).
I also ask for help in manifesting the money (and the energy) to care for it… because this house and it’s accompanying acreage is over $1 million.
And I get just a little freaky about committing to paying for something that much. Month after month. (after month…)
And yet… I must. I cannot walk away. I will not walk away.
I share this journey of my dream because I know that it is the same journey you take every day. It is the same dream you have of…
- Purchasing your own dream home;
- Purchasing your car that you’ve been wanting for years;
- Creating that successful, sustainable business that you’re working on;
- Generating that money to pay your bills consistently every month;
- Taking that dream vacation;
- Putting your kids through college or private school;
- and so on.
At this moment, we are very close to making an offer. I’ve been tapping on (and clearing) my beliefs about creating and paying for a home like this, and well, about everything else that has come up in the past couple of months. (It’s been quite a lot, I confess.)
Even with all of that, I also have a deep belief that if you have a dream, there is also the way to create it in your reality. I believe that when we are given such an incredible desire, it is up to us to stay in alignment with our vision… even when it feels hard to do.
For me, this is where tapping comes in. Because tapping helps us stay in alignment with our vision. It clears away the fear of “what if” and reminds us that the Divine has our back.
