Divine Blog Post

Inauguration Day 2017

Last night, it took me quite a while to go to sleep because of what will be happening today.  I tried Reiki, which helped.  Then I prayed, which helped.  But still, I couldn’t sleep.  Finally, I turned to the Ho’Oponopono prayer, which did it.

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

I said this over and over to myself.  (Not to Trump or anything related to Trump.  To me.  FOR me.)

It worked.  Peace came.  Sleep came.  Rest came.

Today is, for me, more of a funeral than a celebration, I’m sad to say.  I will be using this prayer throughout the day to ground myself into the Truth that even though I don’t understand why our country has chosen this direction, I trust the Divine.

There is a verse in the Bible that says “Even though they meant it for evil, God meant it for good.”  It is a promise I have seen come true over and over in my life.  Out of darkness comes the light.  Out of wrongdoing comes beauty, wisdom and awareness.

I believe that the deep inner work that many of us have been doing for years has prepared us perfectly for this time.  We are ready for it and now we will walk together through whatever is to come.

With grace. With dignity. With compassion. With love.

I trust God.  I trust the Divine.  I trust the Universe.  And… I will be that stand for right, for compassion, for justice, for respect, for love, for kindness, for generosity, for grace in this world.

I believe THAT is why we are here at this time: to shine our lights so brightly, so beautifully, so radiantly that they are seen the world over.

We’ve got this.  God bless you.  And God bless America.

Divine hugs,

Anne
