- I don’t know what to write in this email (I’m familiar with that one!)
- I don’t know what to do next for this launch (Yup, that one, too!)
- What do I say next? (Ditto)
- What do I do next? (Uh-huh)
Ok, so we’ve established that I get stuck. lol I’m sure you do, too, right? This is all pretty familiar.
The question then isn’t do you ever get stuck (although that’s a good one), it’s more this question:
What do you do when you get stuck?
Like, how do you get unstuck?
And how long do you stay in stuckness before you do whatever it is you do to get unstuck?
When we get stuck, most of us get uncomfortable and abandon what it is we’re doing. Oh, I’ll write the email later. (unless you can’t, then in which case you’re in trouble, right?)
Or… I’ll figure this out later. I’ll do it later. I’ll think about it later.
Sound familiar?
Ok, here’s what I do when I get stuck. I tap. I tap and just acknowledge that I’m stuck. I acklowledge that I don’t know what to do.
And then I affirm that the ideas are coming to me. That they are here right now and available to me.
Tapping helps me out in my business (and my life) daily. (It helped me write this email.)
It helps me stay present to the Divine guidance that is available to me at all times. And it helps me to take the actions I need to take in order to keep things moving along.
And it can help you, too, when you get stuck. It can help you clear out the cobwebs of “I don’t know what to do/say!” and get the clarity you’re looking for. Lickety split.
