As you may know, in 2000, my life upended. It was the beginning of a very long dark-night-of-the-soul period. There was a healer who made an incredible difference in my life during that time. In fact, she’s the reason I am doing the work I do today. (You can read more about her here, if you like: A Divine Thank You.)
For 2 1/2 years I searched for healing from the trauma I had experienced. Emotionally, I was a wreck. I was crying every day, angry at the world, and lost. Oh, so lost.
And yet, during the same time, I knew somewhere inside of me that there was a way to heal from the trauma. I knew I could be happy and whole again. I didn’t know how, but I believed it was possible.
I trained and got certified in a number of healing modalities. I read every book I could get my hands on to help me. I journaled. I meditated. I created a beautiful garden.
And then, I met tapping.
Tapping.
Something so simple, yet so incredibly effective, it stunned me.
In one day – yes, you read that right, ONE day – the trauma healed. It was the most incredible thing I’d ever experienced. It was the most powerful, effective thing I’d ever experienced.
And I began to use it for everything. My fears. My beliefs about what was possible. All of my “I can’t do it!” stories. All of my “That can’t happen for me” stories. And my life transformed.
I joke that I was resurrected. But actually, it isn’t a joke. It’s the truth.
This tapping technique is what you’ll learn and what we’ll be doing together over the next 4 weeks.

Because you have them. And the world needs them.
The only thing stopping you is you.
